Ideal if you’re new to strength training, need maximum accountability, or just prefer having a supportive coach in the room to cheer you on! These 1-hour sessions are available at the Motive studio one block north of Belvedere Square, at CityFit in Mt. Vernon (single session only), or in your home, apartment, or condo gym.

In-person Training
Private Rates
Single session: $79

Semi-Private Rates
Single session: $49
Monthly:

Semi-private rates are per person, and sessions must include two people attending to qualify for the semi-private rate. See Payment Terms & Conditions for details.
This option is for you if you already know your way around a gym and need minimal help with setup and form, or if you want to train solo one or more days a week in addition to in-person sessions. Choose a program that includes 1, 2, or 3 workouts per week, billed monthly. Programming is typically done in 8- to 12-week blocks based on your goals and progress.
Note: The hybrid rates are only available as an add-on for active private and semi-private training clients.
