Whether you prefer to work out in a gym, at home, or virtually, I provide options that work for everyone. No templates, no generic workouts. Just personalized, effective training that integrates with your life.
Ideal if you’re new to strength training, need maximum accountability, or just prefer having a supportive coach in the room to cheer you on! These sessions are available in one of two gym locations in Mt. Vernon or Belvedere Square, or in your home, apartment, or condo gym.
(Session packs are designed to be used over a 4-week period. Of course, life doesn’t always work that way—and that’s okay!)
In-person Training
Private Rates
Single session: $79
Pack of 4 sessions: $279
Pack of 8 sessions: $529
Pack of 12 sessions: $749
Semi-Private Rates
Single session: $49 per person
Pack of 4 sessions: $169 per person
Pack of 8 sessions: $329 per person
Pack of 12 sessions: $469 per person
Semi-private sessions must include two people attending. If only one person attends, they will be charged for a single session at the $79 rate.
This option is for you if you already know your way around a gym and need minimal help with setup and form, or if you want to train solo one or more days a week in addition to in-person sessions. These are offered in 12-week blocks with 1, 2, or 3 routines per week.
Note: The hybrid rates are only available as an add-on for active private and semi-private training clients.

Includes feedback, workout adjustments, and form checks (as needed) for every workout, plus a weekly check-in Zoom call.

Includes feedback, workout adjustments, and form checks (as needed) for every workout. Weekly check-ins will be done at in-person sessions.
